Plain terms for using Junction.

The service

Junction gives you and your team a private workspace of AI agents that prepare work for your review and, where you allow it, act inside limits you set. Junction is new and improving quickly, so features change. We tell you what is live.

Your responsibilities

You approve what goes out under your name. Limits are enforced in code, but you set them, and you are responsible for the accounts you connect and the permissions you grant.

Our responsibilities

Act only inside your limits and permissions. Keep a receipt of every run. Tell you promptly if a connection drops or an agent stops. Keep your workspace private to the people you invite. Junction support can sign in to your workspace to help you, and only does so to fix a problem or when you ask.

Your AI

Your agents run on the AI you connect, on your own account: Claude (Anthropic), by signing in with your Claude plan or with an Anthropic API key; ChatGPT (OpenAI), by signing in with your ChatGPT plan; Gemini (Google), with a Gemini API key from Google AI Studio; Grok (xAI), with an xAI API key; or another model, through any OpenAI-compatible API by base URL, key and model name (for example OpenRouter, Mistral, DeepSeek, Groq, Together, or a model you run yourself). Each provider bills you directly for usage, under their terms. Junction doesn’t sell AI credits.

Fees and leaving

Self-serve Junction is priced per person, graduated: US$49 per month for the first person, US$45 per month each for people 2 to 10, and US$40 per month each from the 11th. Yearly billing is ten times the monthly amounts (two months free). You can change the number of people at any time; changes are prorated. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. AI model usage is billed separately by your own AI provider. Paid plans include 100 voice minutes per person each month; voice beyond that is billed at cost. Business & Enterprise, including setup and running Junction for you, is priced in a separate order form, which takes priority over these terms where they differ. Subscriptions that started on an earlier plan keep that plan’s price.

New self-serve subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A card is needed to start. During the trial, voice is capped at 30 minutes and the cloud computer is not included. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged.

Cancel any time from the billing link in your welcome email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part months.

When a subscription ends, your workspace is paused and your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it or come back. After that we delete it.

Setup, custom agents and done-for-you work are quoted separately and agreed with you before any charge.

Partners earn 20% of their clients’ Junction bill, every month, for as long as the client stays with them; the client pays the normal price, billed by Junction. The details are in a separate partner agreement.
