Delete your account

You can delete your Junction account and the personal data that goes with it at any time, straight from the app.

Delete it in the app

In the Junction iPhone app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. It happens right away.

What’s deleted

• Your Junction account and your sign-in are deleted immediately.
• Your sessions and devices are signed out and removed.
• Your private conversations are deleted.

What’s kept

• Records the law requires us to keep, such as tax and billing records.
• A business workspace you own stays open until it’s closed from billing, or by Junction support. If the workspace has other admins, the next one becomes its owner.
• If you’re a member of someone else’s workspace, your access and personal details go; the workspace’s own business data stays with its owner, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can’t sign in?

Email tom@getjunction.ai from the address you sign in with and say you want your account deleted. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete it.
